**A new stallion joins the Abergavenny Stud and he is a Section C!**
Gwenllan Mabon is currently settling in to his new home: photos and more details to follow soon.
Menai Firestorm has had a busy summer at the stud in 2009 and we would like to wish his new owners good luck with this kind natured cob. He leaves us with a number of Abergavenny mares in foal for 2010 and we've no doubt that he will enjoy his new home in Pembrokeshire.
Trevallion Picasso & Pennal Calon Lan will both be at stud for 2009.
Derwen Railway Express is now retired from public stud. His impact on the breed can hardly be overstated, having sired so many influential and well known stallions and mares, we feel enormously priviliged to have had this Welsh Cob Ambassador standing at the Abergavenny Stud, but at over 30 years old we felt the time has come for him to step back from the desires and demands of visiting mares.
